What information do you need to start managing our payroll?
To set up your payroll with Cloudify, we usually need:
• Company profile and registration details
• Staff list with IC numbers, positions, start dates and salary structures (basic, allowance, OT, commission, etc.)
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN) registration numbers
• Any existing payroll records for the current year (if you are switching from another provider)
Once these are received, we can normally onboard and run your first payroll within 7–10 working days.

What’s the difference between Payroll Processing and HR Outsourcing retainers?
• Payroll Processing packages focus on the monthly calculation and statutory submissions only (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), plus basic support.
• HR Outsourcing retainers include payroll plus broader HR support such as drafting HR letters, policy setup, advice on disciplinary issues, recruitment assistance and ongoing compliance updates.
If you already have an internal HR team, payroll-only may be sufficient. If you need someone to act like an external HR department, the retainer plans are more suitable.

How do you charge if my headcount changes during the year?
Our fees are based on active employees processed each month:
• If your headcount increases, we will move you to the next tier or adjust the fee pro-rata in the following month.
• If your headcount drops for a sustained period (usually 2–3 months), we can review and move you to a lower tier.
There are no penalties for normal hiring and resignation; we simply align the monthly fee with your actual number of staff.
